From the rich breakfast buffet to our 5-course à la carte dinners and twice-weekly afternoon ‘Merende’ with homemade cakes: our honest-to-goodness meals are always freshly made.
The breakfast table has been laid and down at the buffet you’re greeted with the aroma of freshly made coffee and a jug of pure mountain spring water, hot toast, eggs to order and an assortment of breakfast favourites.
Homemade jams, muesli, farm fresh yoghurt, cheeses and sausage, fresh fruit ... you are served on our sunny terrace looking out on the countryside. Or, in case of inclement weather, in the congenial dining room. Wholesome and inviting, just as it ought to be!
We only use local/regional, natural ingredients in season, which is why you won’t find exotic choices such as caviar or mango on your breakfast table. Instead, you’re confronted with a wide range of choice grade delicacies, for a sumptuous and salubrious breakfast that leaves you wanting for nothing. On Sundays the highlight is our champagne brunch.
We’re also more than happy to prepare you a lunch box for sunrise hikes or early departures. Just ask us!
